Every property carries a Property ID, an ownership certificate, an ownership history, and a Digital Deed Key — the credential tied to your place. Protect it and never share it.
- Unique and one-of-one — no two properties share an address or a key.
- Never reused and never recreated once issued.
- Stored securely (hashed), shown to the owner only at issuance.
- Never emailed in plain text; recovery requires ownership verification.
- Supports fraud prevention and, later, secure transfer verification.
