Digital Real Estate
Own your place in the city.
A Blkworth property is a permanent digital location inside a living cultural city — not an ad you rent. You are claiming an address that stays yours and grows as the city grows.
Every address begins with a 14-day trial.
City Inventory Ledger · Live Registry
Every claim reduces availability. Every owner becomes part of the permanent history of the city.
What You Claim

Ownership remains.
Social posts fade. Directories go stale. No two properties share the same address — and yours stays a destination.

- A Digital Deed Key
- Storefront rights

Proof of Ownership
Your Digital Deed Key.
Every property carries a Property ID, an ownership certificate, an ownership history, and a Digital Deed Key — the credential tied to your place. Protect it and never share it.
- Unique and one-of-one — no two properties share an address or a key.
- Never reused and never recreated once issued.
- Stored securely (hashed), shown to the owner only at issuance.
- Never emailed in plain text; recovery requires ownership verification.
- Supports fraud prevention and, later, secure transfer verification.
Why Location Matters
Some addresses carry more than others.
Like physical neighborhoods, some locations carry more prestige, stronger identity, and greater scarcity. A district is a place your audience already gathers.
Over Time
Why properties become more desirable.
Blkworth property desirability is based on visibility, activity, scarcity, reputation, participation, and community growth — not guaranteed financial return.
Living History
Your property keeps a timeline.
Every address is stamped with the era of its claiming — Founding Era, Year One, Year Two, or the Legacy Era — the moment it publishes, permanently. Over the years, a property accumulates its own history — an example:
- 2026Claimed by Founder #38
- 2028Upgraded to Brownstone
- 2031Hosted a district event
- 2034Recognized as a Historic Property
- 2038Reached a major visitor milestone
Illustrative — timelines populate as properties age in the city.
Designations a property can earn over time:
Founding Property
Claimed in the city's earliest era.
5-Year Property
Five years of continuous presence.
10-Year Property
A decade in the city.
20-Year Property
A generation of presence.
Historic Property
Recognized for cultural and community significance.
Landmark Property
A defining anchor of its district.
Legacy Founder Status
Earned after 10 years of active, unbroken ownership.
The Earliest Builders
Founder standing sits on top of your property.
The first 100, 500, and 1,000 owners are recorded forever. It cannot be purchased later, expanded into, or transferred separately. Once a class fills, it closes permanently.
